-Westcoastmodders reserves the right to keep a xbox 360 if it isn't picked up in a period of 60 days after the first pick up call

-Westcoastmodders is not responsible for any damage related to a piece of hardware that is unrelated to the part modified

-Xbox 360 red ring repairs come with 30 day warranty.

-If WestCoastModders fails to fix the console there is NO charge

-For xbox 360 repairs warranty does not mean refund of money if the xbox fails. The customer pays for a SERVICE and therfore the repair charge cannot be returned. However any items purchase can be returned

by using ANY/ALL of our services you hereby accept these Terms
